David Winter (President and CTO)
David is a veteran software and technology manager and consultant with extensive experience in software and systems design, programming and implementation. David has unique expertise in converting and maintaining various legacy businesses IT systems. He is proficient with multiple systems from software programming languages (Java, Java Script, .NET, PHP) to hardware and networking technologies. These technologies include, but are not limited to, Web Based systems (LAMP, Android, and Apache), Operating systems (Windows Server OS, Linux, Ubuntu, Android OS, MacOS), Database systems (SQL/MySql, iSeries DB2) and networking applications (Oracle VM virtual box, Comodo InstantSSLpro, Business Objects and Electronic Data Interchange). David is experienced in managing small teams of professionals, and project management. He has been engaged as a consultant for a diverse set of clients including The City of London on the switch to Digital TV. He was secured by High Jump Software Inc as a Consultant for BDI Canada Inc. and remained under contract with BDI from 2007-2015. He is a respected consultant on database integration and conversion methodologies. He has consulted for multinational companies as large as 3M and Caribbean countries such as Montserrat, Grenada, Dominica, Barbados, Antigua & Barbuda and Anguilla. He has authored consulting reports for utilities, national NIS departments, web portal/website and enterprise hardware/software system projects.
Jim Stewart (Vice President and Project Manager)
Jim has over 10 years of software Business Management experience and 17 years experience in various project management consulting roles, including Telecommunications Regulatory Projects in Caribbean nations (Montserrat, Dominica , Antigua & Barbuda and the Cayman Islands). He has authored numerous technical documents on Telecommunications, Enterprise Repository Programs (ERP), Health Informatics and Hardware integrations. His business management includes direct responsibility for all major functional roles required in a software business. Serving as business manager for Health Information Services he is an informatics expert with detailed knowledge on records management, electronic health records and ERP systems. As a seasoned leader within a software consulting, sales & marketing, implementation & maintenance organization he has managed numerous information technology, manufacturing and logistics project. Jim has established and developed key partner relationships and has extensive project management experience. With over 20 years of project management, sales and marketing history he has outstanding customer relations skills.
